Senseair LP8是一款针对电池供电应用领域的微型二氧化碳传感器模块。客户可以完全控制传感器集成到主机系统的过程，灵活地改变二氧化碳测量周期，从而降低功耗。一次测量仅需3.6mC的电荷（或3.3V电池供电时11.9mJ的能量）。测量间隙应关闭传感器，以尽量减少功耗。如传感器由三节碱性1.5V电池供电，则2.9至5.5V的供电电压即可使其长时间工作。简洁型替代方案是通过单个3.6V Li-SOCl2电池向传感器供电。LP8提供了一种通信协议，允许客户动态更改测量周期并控制ABC（自动基线校正）周期。实现了背景校准和零点校准。
