Senseair S8-4BP是一款紧凑型CO₂传感器模块，专为电池供电应用而设计，将产品集成到煤油加热器中时，可用作CO₂安全开关。该传感器利用前沿的非色散红外（NDIR）气体传感技术，在确保低功耗的同时提供可靠、精确的CO₂检测。

S8-4BP在CO₂浓度低于6500 ppm时，每隔105秒测量一次；高于6500 ppm时每隔30秒测量一次；当CO₂浓度超过8500 ppm时将会发出警报；当浓度为7500 ppm时会发出通风警示；电池电量为5.3V±5%时会发出低电量警示。检测到任何故障时，诊断程序均会激活故障警报，而警报过滤器则会将短暂干扰引起的假警报降至更低。

S8-4BP也提供低阙值版本。

  1. 传感器设计的有效测定范围为7000–9000ppm（参见规格书精度表）。并且400ppm以下的浓度暴露可能导致ABC算法出现错误，因此应避免这种情况发生。
